A conversational and friendly poster campaign was the answer, featuring photos of Sapient staff, along with a quote espousing the companies virtues.
Mimicking the flash intro of the sapient.de website, all the images where shot to appear off the cuff and natural.
Keywords picked out in differing sizes and/or coloured typography, along with the images made the posters eye catching.
