Sapient Start, an induction course undertaken by all new hires, was coming to the London office.
It's aim was to give all employees a good start in their Sapient career by allowing them to experience the company's values and the way it operates, over the course of a week.
This was the first time the American owned company had allowed Sapient Start to be conducted outside North America.
A poster was required to raise awareness, and generate buy-in from U.K. staff members, who would be asked to contribute during the induction week.
In essence then, the course was like a good breakfast - it prepares you for what lies ahead. Thus this concept was born.
